RED ALMADRABA TUNA WITH FLAMBÉED IBERIAN BACON AND ARUGULA CHIPS ON CRUNCHY CORAL (2)

From 20 to 29 May Saona Triana joined the Red Tuna of Almadraba Route, sponsored by Victoria Malaga, offering a new dish for a limited time on the terrace of our Sevillian restaurant: Red Tuna of Almadraba with flamed Iberian bacon and rocket chips on crunchy coral.

From the heart of the Mediterranean, where we can find the most delicate red coral, comes the inspiration to create this tapa with a special protagonist, the red tuna, which we marinate to make its flavour even more predominant. We have combined it with small pieces of flamed bacon, and accompanied it with three sauces of different nuances, enhancing flavours that rest on the crispy coral, the base of this dish, which we top with rocket chips to offer a crunchy touch that we will enjoy in every mouthful.

This tapa is always accompanied by a Double large beer from Victoria Málaga for €4.50 and was only available on the terrace of Saona Triana.
