3. Personal data processed

The personal data that we will process in any job application, will be those conventionally established for these cases, such as, for example, identification and contact data, academic and professional background, any information that the candidate wants to voluntarily share with our entity, as well as other data that we collect during the interviews related to the selection and hiring process.

4. Purpose of personal data processing

The processing of personal data provided by job applicants, will be exclusively to assess your application, contact you for possible interviews and about the selection process, keep you informed of the various vacancies that occur in our organization if you authorize us to do so and possible job recruitment in case of occurrence. Communications will be made by the means of contact you provide in your job application (e.g. telephone or email).

Your data may also be used to request references about your professional career in the companies where you have informed us that you have worked.

In the event that it is appropriate or that you understand that you should inform us about your degree of disability, intolerances, allergies or any other information about your health and related to the job applied for, we inform you that these data will be treated to comply with Article 15 of Law 31/1995 on Prevention of Occupational Risks in which we must know such data to adapt the workplace to the needs of the employee, as well as with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of November 29, approving the Revised Text of the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their social inclusion. Any other data unnecessary for the purpose of this application, we will destroy it confidentially.

5. Legitimation

The processing of your personal data by our company will be carried out with your express, free, informed and unequivocal consent, since we inform you that after reading this policy and if you agree, you can voluntarily authorize us to process your data by checking the boxes provided for this purpose on our forms.

In this regard, we inform you that you may change your mind and withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by mail or e-mail.

In the event that the user is under 16 years of age, we will not process their personal data, as this is the minimum working age in Spain. The user is solely responsible for the veracity of the data he/she sends us.

We guarantee the proper use of the information, the confidentiality of the personal data contained in your job application, applying all the necessary security measures to ensure its integrity, confidentiality and availability. In short, to comply with the obligations that our company has in terms of personal data protection.

7. Transfer of data

Our entity informs you that your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except with your prior consent, in which case we will request your consent through the boxes provided for this purpose in the job application forms and with due information so that your consent is informed and free.

In certain applications, it is possible that our company has companies of our group or suppliers specialized in selection processes, in which case they will be considered data processors with whom we will sign the corresponding confidentiality contract and commitment to adopt all the necessary security measures to protect your data.

8. Retention of your data

Personal information provided to us as a job applicant will be retained until a job is filled or for a maximum period of one (1) year, unless you have expressly authorized us to include you in our job database, in which case, it will be retained for the time necessary to consider your application for possible vacancies and to contact you to inform you in this regard.

9. Candidates' rights

We will keep your data as a job applicant as set out above or until you exercise your right to erasure; therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, object or limit at any time to the processing of your personal data, including requesting the portability of your personal data or revoking your consent.

Any of your rights can be exercised by sending a written communication to dpd@gruposaona.com, attaching to your request a copy of your ID card, to identify you. If you wish, you can also send us your recommendations, complaints or queries about the processing of your personal data to the aforementioned email.
