RESERVATIONS
How can I make a reservation?
You can manage all your reservations at any time, every day of the year, from the page https://www.gruposaona.com/buscar-restaurante/. Then select your favorite restaurant, add the day, time and number of people and follow the steps below.
What happens if there is no availability at the location, day and time I want?
We will always offer you an alternative option during your reservation process at the location closest to the one you prefer. If our online proposal does not satisfy your request, please send us an email to reservas@gruposaona.com to find the best alternative.
How do I modify or cancel a reservation?
In case you need to modify or cancel your reservation, you can do it from the confirmation message that you will have received in the e-mail indicated when you made the reservation, by clicking on the words MODIFY o CANCEL that appear in the body of the email.
What kind of special menus do you offer?
We have an exclusive tasting menu where we offer you a selection of our best dishes to share, at least, between two people.
For group reservations from 14 to 20 people we can also offer you a special menu with open bar option that includes: 5 starters to share, a main dish to choose per person and a tasting of cakes to share (one portion per person). You can make this type of reservations directly from the web. If you need to make a more special reservation request, please contact us at reservas@gruposaona.com.
In addition, we have developed a special menu for celebrations and events for more than 20 people. You can check all the information here and request your reservation by filling out the form on the same page.

Where and how can I place my order?
You can place your order through our website or from the Glovo App. Remember that it is not possible to order by phone or email.
INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PREMISES
Do you have high chairs for children in the restaurants?
We have high chairs for the youngest diners in all our restaurants.
Do you have terraces in your restaurants?
We have many restaurants with terrace, you can check availability on the same page of the restaurant you choose to visit us.
Do you have any special reservation policy for the terraces?
The conditions for reservations on our terraces are the same as those we have for the interior of our premises.
Are pets allowed in restaurants?
All of our open-air terraces are pet-friendly.
How can I find out about the accessibility of restaurants?
All our restaurants have accessibility for disabled people. In addition, we have adapted menus in Braille system for blind people and pictograms system for people with autism spectrum. The adaptation is based on two digitized menus, in the case of blind people is adapted through a speech system to read the dishes and in the case of people with autism, the Menu is adapted to pictograms.

Do you have options of dishes for different intolerances or allergies?
In all cases we try to suggest the dish from our Menu that best suits each particular situation. Consult with our dining room team who will be happy to help you. Even so, affected people should be aware that our dishes may contain traces of this or other allergens due to cross contamination and the closed ventilation of our kitchens.
