The origin of the name of the restaurant comes from the Balearic Islands, symbol of the Mediterranean customs. Turqueta is one of the paradises that Menorca hides, its blue waters with white sandy bottom, make the name a reflection of the reality of what you can find in this beautiful cove.
The new restaurant at Grupo Saona is designed by one of the most important architectural studios in our country: Tarruella Trenchs Studio. The interior designer Sandra Tarruella, has opted for the use of natural materials, plants and turquoise colors that have turned the space of 500m², in the best scenario for each meal we teleport us to the Menorcan cove and wrap us in a unique atmosphere.
With this new proposal, Grupo Saona wanted to go a step further in both decorative and gastronomic level. In the Menu of Turqueta, you will be able to find dishes that you will love. For starters, although it will be a difficult decision, you will be able to choose between 10 dishes. As novelties stand out "The smoked tuna toast with avocado and lime emulsion", "The Quinoa and avocado salad with mint sauce" or "The causa limeña of chicken and yellow chili".
