Saona incorporates new dishes to its summer Menu

On the occasion of the arrival of summer, we incorporate new dishes to Saona's Menu . For us innovation is a fundamental pillar in our restaurants, so our R+D+i team works every day looking for new recipes and testing different combinations of flavors to offer our customers dishes to suit all tastes.

The new summer Menu wants to pay tribute to the Mediterranean lifestyle, so we have included Mediterranean dishes made with local and seasonal products such as the 'blanc i negre' pancakes with cream of broad beans and garlic; the burrata salad with candied tomatoes and black olive honey or the sea bass brandade with crispy oregano and roasted peppers. For the creation of the new dishes, we have opted for Mediterranean flavors, seeking inspiration above all in the products of the sea and the garden, such as vegetables and olive oil.

Likewise, all our dishes are designed and cooked by a team of professionals who take care of every ingredient so that you can enjoy our home-made recipes in all our restaurants.
