The purpose of this document is to obtain your authorization to make recordings and take photographs of your image for subsequent publication and dissemination through various channels or media, both internally (internal presentations, newsletters, blogs, etc.) and externally (campaigns, promotions, social media, etc.), in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982 of May 28, 1982, on the Protection of Personal Data.  internal presentations, newsletters, blogs, etc., as well as externally: campaigns, promotions, social networks, etc., under the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5, on Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy, and One's Own Image. Therefore, by means of this document, the person present,

DECLARES

I.- That they wish to participate in the COMPANY'S EVENT, having been informed of the characteristics of the EVENT and the plans for its recording and subsequent publication of their image (both static and dynamic).

II.- That they exclusively assign to THE COMPANY all intellectual property and image rights derived from their participation in THE EVENT, for use in all types of media, channels, or formats, known or unknown, and in any technical procedure or system, including the internet (especially with regard to social networks and any other digital channel), without any geographical, medical, or time limitations.

In this regard, THE COMPANY may use the audiovisual recordings obtained through the participation of the person present for the promotion of THE EVENT or any partner or commercial brand that collaborates with THE COMPANY. In this regard, the person present expressly agrees to grant THE COMPANY a license, which covers:

• The right to reproduce and distribute the Content of the person present in any type of medium, including media for advertising purposes, and through any technical processes and modes of treatment (analog, digital, etc.), such as computers, mobile phones, digital tablets, etc., in all types of formats; and specifically, the right to store, archive, and host the Content of the person present on the servers used by THE COMPANY, as well as on hard drives, cache memories, in all types of formats for internal use within the company and/or external use;

• The right to public communication of the Content of the person present through its communication to the public, by any means of dissemination and communication networks (social networks, campaigns, internal presentations, newsletters, etc.), specifically on the Internet and on THE COMPANY's website, including its Blog, Intranet, press, radio, cable, telematic and/or digital mode, downloads, etc.;

• The right to transform the Content of the person present in all types of formats and presentations, illustrated with any captions, texts, and comments (excluding political, pornographic, or inappropriate contexts), this right including the possibility of retouching or modifying the Content of the person present, specifically for reasons of graphics, format, clarity, and/or color, which may be necessary for the aforementioned modes of exploitation.

III.- That the person present voluntarily participates in THE EVENT and guarantees THE COMPANY that they have all the necessary authority and powers to agree to the rights granted by this license and that the person present has not performed nor will perform, through a transfer/license to third parties or by any other means, any act that could compromise this license.

IV.- That, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/670, you have been informed that your personal data will be incorporated into a database owned by THE COMPANY and processed for the purpose of managing your participation in THE EVENT, as well as for the purpose of complying with and monitoring the legal and contractual obligations that correspond to it in its capacity as data controller, In any case, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability, opposition, and the right to be forgotten with respect to your personal data by writing to the following email address: dpd@gruposaona.es, attaching a copy of your ID card so that we can identify you.  

The data will be kept for the period of time necessary to comply with THE EVENT and the PROMOTION in which the person present is participating.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the person present shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. (www.aepd.es)

V.- Likewise, the person present expressly declares that the recording/photographs made for THE EVENT do not infringe any third-party rights. In this regard, the person present acknowledges having been informed that THE COMPANY rejects any liability for the exploitation or dissemination of the Content of the person present in any medium or channel. Likewise, the person present waives the right to file any claim for the use of the Content of the person present.
