Gonzalo Calvo created the concept Grupo Saona in 2013 and, since then, the company has a total of 23 restaurants, spread throughout the Community of Madrid and the Valencian Community. An expansion that he wanted to share with the young people of the Fundación Soñar Despierto, in what was the founder's first meeting with these boys and girls, so interested in being able to demonstrate their talent and carve out a future in fields such as hospitality, where some of them aspire to soon be able to take their first professional tests.

The entrepreneur was explaining his own experience, of personal and professional growth, and also of motivation, teamwork and effort. "The important thing in life is the people we have around us", said Gonzalo Calvo, alluding to the people he works with at Saona, adding that "you learn more from your mistakes" and that "nobody takes away the illusion of doing what you believe in and want", to encourage all the young people of Soñar Despierto to achieve their goals and pursue their dreams.

"To think and have a positive attitude and not be afraid of failure. The important thing is to get up," said Gonzalo, in a clear message of how to face the challenges that may arise in the day to day, and not to be defeated when we have a clear objective.
